Insulating Material

  • DMD insulation paper for transformers

    Dmd Insulation Paper

The smeared sizing DMD is an insulating material that coats the special modified epoxy resin on the DMD in a stagnation manner. Widely used in interlayer insulation and tantalum insulation of oil-immersed power transformers. In use, the coating begins to melt at a certain temperature during the drying of the coil, resulting in adhesion. Curing begins again as the temperature rises, allowing adjacent layers of the winding to be reliably bonded into a fixed unit. The adhesive strength of the epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent the displacement of the layers of the winding during the short circuit, thereby ensuring the long-term mechanical and electrical properties of the insulating structure.

  • Electrical Soft Composite Materials (dmd, Etc.)

Electrical Soft Composite Materials (dmd, Etc.)

Electrical soft composite materials include E, B, F, and H grades with good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties and reliable thermal adhesion. The E grade includes composite paper; the B grade includes DMD, DMDM, DM; the F grade includes F grade DMD; the H grade includes NHN and NMN. It is widely used in power generation equipment such as slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation and gasket insulation of transformers, power transmission and transformation equipment, traction locomotives, motors, electrical appliances and electronics.
